Service Description

During these nurturing three hours, we will use gentle movement and Restorative Yoga to connect to the season, guided journalling, make a seasonal craft, and share homemade tea as a community. 🌿✨

Cancellation Policy

Drop-in bookings can be rescheduled up to 3 hours before the start of the class. Either log in to your account, or contact yogaflowwithalison@gmail.com / 07717833157. Credit can be given to be used within the same term. Refunds only issued if Yoga with Alison cancels. Block bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled. Refunds / rescheduling will be offered if Yoga with Alison cancels.
