What to expect
Relax in to Monday night with this gentle class. Drawing inspiration from the ever-changing seasons and the ancient roots of yoga, you will be guided through pranayama (breathing techniques), mudra (hand gestures), and asana (poses), as you reconnect with your mind and body.
This class is open to all, regardless of your level of experience. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey, this class will meet you exactly where you are.

The class concludes by sharing a warming cup of homemade, seasonal tea together.

PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT, BLANKET, AND MUG!

Maximum class size 10 people.
​
Class bundles available at the start of each half term.
​
​
One £10 community place per class.
