Chelsea - Pregnancy Yoga
I have been going to Alison’s pregnancy yoga classes since January. Alison has a very calming nature and makes me feel so at ease. She works really hard to tailor the class to suit everyone’s mood and needs that week, spends time explaining and gives really useful tips to use at home/in labour. If you are considering pregnancy yoga and want a friendly, relaxed vibe then I would definitely recommend Alison’s class.
I feel sad to be finishing in a few weeks when little one arrives, but excited to join up to her mum and baby class when the time is right!
Anouska - Pregnancy Yoga
I do pregnancy yoga with Alison and the class is wonderfully calming and well planned. I always leave feeling stretched, refreshed and in a better place physically and mentally.
Alison takes into account any personal needs and niggles you may have and also gives great tips on positions for labour.
She’s a lovely and warm person, exactly who you’d want to be teaching you yoga! Would highly recommend her classes.
Emma - Gentle Yoga
I have been going to Alison's classes for over a year now, first at St Peter's School and now at Hapstead Hall, both in Ardingly. She puts such careful thought into planning her classes that she creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.
If you add in the yoga, face massage and hot drink and natter afterwards, how could you not love it?

I go to Alison's Monday night yoga in Ardingly. It is incredible and such a highlight of my week. No matter what I've got going on I always leave feeling better physically, emotionally and spiritually. Her classes are pure joy.
