What to expect

A gentle and nourishing class where the focus is you! It will help you connect with yourself, as well as with other parents, regain core strength, release tension and ease anxiety.

The classes begin with deep breathing, working on using the breath to create a safe space for yourself. Movement and poses (asana) help strengthen and stretch the body, and also give the much needed opportunity to explore what your body needs. Each class ends in a cuddle and a lie down, supported by props, blankets and relaxing music.

After the practice take the time to connect with other parents over tea and biscuits.

Suitable for parents and carers with babies aged 6 weeks from a vaginal birth, or 10 weeks post c-section, forceps or 4th degree tear, until just before crawling.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for your baby to lie on.

Places are limited to a maximum of 8 people with babies, so that you each get the attention you deserve.

If the cost is prohibitive, please do get in touch so that you can still enjoy the class.
