Menopause
Yoga Circle

The Menopause Yoga Circle is a monthly gathering for women in perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

 

The Menopause Yoga Circle offers a gentle, supportive space to meet the changing landscape of menopause with curiosity and care. Each month explores a different theme, from sleep and stress to mood, hot flushes, and brain and bone health.

 

Using movement, breath, deep rest, and shared reflection, these circles are not about fixing or pushing through, but about listening, tending, and finding steadiness in this threshold season of life.

 

No previous yoga experience is needed.

 

**This will not be a space for medical advice, structured education or therapy. It is a safe space to gather and feel seen and heard in the company of others walking a similar path.**

 

Sunday 1 March: SLEEP

5-6.30pm | The Movement, Haywards Heath

A soothing circle focused on ways to support ourselves when sleep feels elusive. We’ll use gentle movement, breath, and long restorative rest to support the nervous system and find rest.

 

Sunday 12 April: STRESS & ANXIETY

5-6.30pm | The Movement, Haywards Heath

This circle is for when everything feels a little too much. Through slow, grounding practices and shared space, we’ll soften stress responses and create room to exhale, helping the body remember safety and steadiness.

 

Sunday 10 May: CHANGING MOOD

5-6.30pm | The Movement, Haywards Heath

Menopause can bring unexpected emotional shifts. This month’s circle offers a compassionate space to meet changing moods with curiosity rather than judgement, using yoga, movement, rest, and reflection to support emotional balance.
