Here I have listed trusted professionals and organisations that often work together, to hopefully make it a little bit easier to find what it is that you need.

Postnatal Doula

Postnatal care for Sussex parents, with a particular focus on the mum/birthing person.

 

Becky is there as an extra pair of hands, a listening ear and to champion your journey into motherhood, whether it's for the first time or welcoming another child into the family.  

Her support includes practical help at home (e.g. holding baby while mum rests, meal preparation), emotional support, infant feeding support as well as signposting to other local providers.

Support is tailored to each individual family's needs and could be for a few weeks or up to a year.
