Service Description

Postnatal - bring your baby! Suitable for parent and carers with babies aged 6 weeks (10 weeks post c-section, forceps or 4th degree tear) to crawling. Please bring a yoga mat.

Cancellation Policy

Drop-in bookings can be rescheduled up to 3 hours before the start of the class. Either log in to your account, or contact yogaflowwithalison@gmail.com / 07717833157. Credit can be given to be used within the same term. Refunds only issued if Yoga with Alison cancels. Block bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled. Refunds / rescheduling will be offered if Yoga with Alison cancels.
